2004/2005 Fitness Class Schedule is here!
 
PILATES Tuesday & Thursday 5:25 p.m. - 5:50 p.m.
     Class will first focus on the seven basic Pilates exercises to establish a fundamental 
     framework. More complex movements will be added during the 12 week session.
KICK BOXING Monday & Wednesday 5:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
     Circuit training for those who want to BURN, BURN, BURN!
BODY BLITZ Tuesday & Thursday 5:50 p.m. -6:30 p.m.
     NEW CLASS! Cardio and muscle toning including high/low impact aerobics, Taeboe,
     step, kickboxing, and interval circuit. This class will utilize free weights, stability

I have been a member of the Health Plex for many years.  In that time it has helped me win several state road races and mountain bike championships not only in Nebraska, but also in Colorado, Iowa and several other areas.  The Health Plex is a great place to stay fit for the next race season during the long Nebraska winters.
